Alyssa Bustamante-ADOLESCENTE ASSASSINA

 

       

Alyssa Bustamante took to the witness stand in Cole County Circuit Court in Jefferson City, MO, Thursday, Jan. 30, 2014. Her attorney, Gary Brotherton of Columbia, tried to make the case to "undo" the guilty plea she made in January 2012. She pleaded guilty to second-degree murder which drew a life sentence with a chance of parole. In addition, she pled guilty to a charge of armed criminal action for which she was given a 30 year sentence to run at the conclusion of her life sentence.
